Where does the boat leave from?
Porto Presidiana, the tourist marina about 1.5 km west of the old town — not the small harbour below the cathedral. Popeye's desk is on Via Presidiana. Allow 20 minutes on foot from the centre, or take a short taxi. The boat leaves on time.
How many swimming stops are there, and how long is each?
Three, roughly 30 minutes each: Kalura on the east side of the Rocca, Mazzaforno to the west, and a final anchorage where the aperitivo is served. That accounts for about half of the three hours; the rest is cruising.
Is snorkelling equipment provided?
Masks are on board and free to use. The crew's own advice is to bring your own if you have one — a borrowed mask that does not seal properly is the difference between seeing the seabed and swallowing it.
